For our event clients we offer a complete list of event services to fit your needs, our goal is to give you the best & most successful event with a keen eye for details, nothing is left to chance! For our Individual clients, our goal is to give you a sense of balance in your life & ease your stress. For our Small Business & Corporate clients, our goal is to allow you and/or your staff to focus on the objectives that make your business productive.

What is a Personal Concierge Service?

A personal concierge service is a service designed to provide busy people assistance managing their daily personal and professional tasks, or “to do” checklist. We are our clients own personal assistant, a “personal concierge”. Often only found in luxury hotels & resorts, Elite Services & Events offers a unique twist, UNLIMITED services.

How do I make a request?

It’s easy…complete an online Info/Service Request,a consultant will contact you shortly. Or you may call Us at 352.610.1306.

How much notice do you need?

It’s best to schedule services with at least 24 hour notice, but we are happy to be of service with little or no notice at all, when possible. Additional fee may be required. We respond to your requests promptly and professionally. For Event services a consultation is required we can normally schedule you in a few days. BUT as we understand ASAP event services sometimes are needed, please call if you are in need of an ASAP service.

What method of payment do you accept?

Elite Services & Events accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Cash, Money Order, Company Checks. Personal Checks with prior approval.

What if I need to cancel a service?

We prefer 24 hours notice or a minimal fee applies. In some situations that is not possible, we require 4 hours notice.

What if I need something not listed?

As a full service personal concierge, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Our mission is to provide personal assistance for all your needs, as long as it’s legal.

What kind of plans do you provide? Are there membership fees?

We offer A la Carte services on an hourly basis or flat rated for most events after consultation. There are no membership fees, our Membership Packages are designed to give clients our premium service. Our Specialty Packages are just that special packages already put together for you! We will always work with you to custom design a membership or specialty package to fit your needs.
